S's famous recipe!


I'm going to show you how to make a delicious chocolate recipe. It's cupcakes which are really easy to make.

For this recipe, you will need:

-100g of black chocolate
-50g of butter
-2 eggs and 2 egg yolks
-100g of sugar
-50g of flour
-you can also add icing sugar for the decor

So, to begin with, melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie. Then, let it cool. Next, whisk the eggs, the egg yolks and the sugar until it blanchs. After, little by little, add the mixture
of chocolate and butter and sift the flour. Mix everything together.*

Now, you can butter ten little cake tins, and then pour the dough. After having preheated the oven to 200°, bake the cupcakes during 15 mins. Finally, to crown it all, dust the icing sugar over the

S's New recipe

Let’s cook a new recipe!  

This time, it’s a fruit tart. Hope you'll like it!!

You will need:

-700 g of fruit (for example grapes, orange segments)

-100 g of powdered almonds

-4 eggs

-150g of fresh cream

-200 g of flour

-120 g of butter

-225 g of caster sugar

-1 teaspoon of orange flower water


First of all, make a fountain with the flour. Put in the centre a whisked egg, 100 g of soft butter into little pieces and a little salt. Work quickly with the fingerprints and let the dough (make a ball) rest during an hour. Heat up the oven (180°). Butter a high-sided pie dish. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin. Cover the pie dish with it. Put the washed fruit in the bottom of the tart. In a bowl, beat the 3 other eggs. Add the powdered almonds and the rest of sugar then the fresh cream and the orange flower water. Pour the preparation over the fruit and bake it.

It’s ready!

Melinda's chocolate "fondant"

You'll need : ( 6 persons )

- 200Gr of good black chocolate 

- 150Gr of good butter 

- 150Gr of brown sugar (I put only 130Gr and it was enough)

- 90Gr of flour 

- 4 eggs


· Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Melt in bain-marie the chocolate with the butter.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar.
· once the chocolate and the butter are liquid, add the preparation eggs / sugar outside the fire and mix.
Incorporate the flour.
· Pour the dough into a mold (buttered and floured if it is not in silicone so that the cake is 1 centimeter thick.
· Put in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. Caution, if your cake is still thick, think of extending the cooking time while watching!
· Serve at room temperature or late !!!

Elisa's recipe

Pears crumble with chocolate :

Ingredients :

8 pears
150g of black chocolate
150g of butter
200g of brown sugar
1 tea spoon of cinnamon powder 
100g of meal

Preparation :

Preheat the oven at 210°C
Prepare the dough with the ingredients :meal, 100g of butter and 100g of brown sugar. Mix until obtainig a homogeneous paste.
Peel pears and cut them into small cubes.
Melt 50g of butter in a pan. Let add pears, 100g of sugar and the cinnamon powder for approxomately 30 minutes.
To know how long to cook pears, just taste them.
In a baking pot, put pears and grate chocolate. Then put it into the paste.
Cook it all at 170°C during 35 min.

I find that this recipe is very good and quite easy to do
